  Bee Healthy Buying Club Provisional Rules and Guidelines

1. Maidahplace is and will maintain itself as a non profit organization.   Its purpose is to help support the local farming community, deliver wholesome food products to those who would otherwise be deprived of such. To help generate the income necessary to facilitate the goals and objectives of the Ministry of Agriculture for the Inland Empire, Western Region and National Objectives.                                       ( see www.muhammadfarms.com)  

2. Maidahplace is a Member owned and operated organization. It has established a system of Accountability and Transparency for all members to be available monthly in an official “Bee Healthy Newsletter.” The Secretary Department for the Inland Empire Study Group has agreed to take on oversight authority, and will receive a monthly report as to our progress.

3. Maidahplace Executive Officers has established an Advisory Committee, up to twelve members, that will help to direct the policies and direction of the Bee Healthy Buying Club. The board of directors will be made up of members of the community and will have ¼   of the decision making authority. The Executive Office will maintain ¾  

4. Maidahplace acts as a distributor of products purchased thru our purchasing department. We will make every effort to deliver to you the safest products we can access. We, at Maidahplace are customers ourselves, and we believe in the value of each and every human being. We have established quality control measures that will improve as we improve. We believe as you do that the Best defense of good health lies in our own kitchens.   Follow the Safety Precautions you would take as in any perishables you would purchase. Maidahplace assumes no liability for your product once you have received it in good condition.

5. Maidahplace in conjunction with its stated purpose will establish an Investment fund. Maidahplace will help fund the MOA and Three Year Economic Program. We will also aim to assist any and all organizations that are in best interest of the goals and objectives of the

6.   Members of the Bee Healthy Buying Club are the first priority; your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Each Member is assigned an account # and is required to carry a balance of no less than $20. Maidahplace does not offer a cash refund, however your account can be terminated by receiving the equal retail value in a Bee Healthy Food Box.

7. Maidahplace will require its members to pick up or arrange to have their food box picked up within the designated window for your location in order to be offered the Guarantee Policy.
